The Lewin Fund Improves Quality of Life through the Woman to Woman Program

Woman to Woman is the signature patient program of the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund, which originally started at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. This exemplary and innovative support program assists women and their families facing gynecologic cancer by providing peer-to-peer specialized support, counseling, and emotional assistance. Woman to Woman helps empower women, providing hope through example. Funded by The Lewin Fund, biannual reunions at the 92nd Street Y provide education, support, and networking for women and their families. Programs such as this cannot exist or will not grow without public and private support.
